Name: TNT UK / BT Syntegra

Description: This was a five year assignment requiring us to assist in the production of a national business management application to the largest logistic firms in the UK. This project, budgeted at the multi-million dollar per annum level, involved all aspects of the business operation, from collections and deliveries, to price rating, invoicing, sales & marketing, mobile data communications, accounts receivable, and control of sub-contract services. We contributed at all levels of the Software Development Life Cycle, delivering quality solutions, on time and to budget. This included work on specialized database design considerations and archiving strategies for large database storage and systems integration with multiple vendor solutions, live support and ongoing maintenance. This provided the client with the advanced design and support skills required from concept to delivery, to facilitate the creation then implementation of extremely sophisticated custom solutions and reporting requirements.
